A Moment Beneath the Trees
Chad & Beka

More and more we find ourselves playing host to moments – a stolen glance, a quick kiss or squeeze of the hand. It seems the trees are echoing our collective joy and calling out to others to join us here in this quiet place, to revel in happiness beneath their branches.

These moments, experienced, cherished and remembered for years to come, are what inspired us to open up every inch of this beautiful place to the talented people who so beautifully capture each glance, kiss and embrace. Since we first pushed back the gates so many months ago we have played host to couples and families as well as a unique array of talented Mississippi wedding vendors, photographers, stylists and the most talented dreamers among us.

Sharing the results of these ideas, the moments captured, is such an honor for us.

This session was shared with us by Brooke Davis, one of Laurel’s most cherished artists. The couple, Chad & Beka, were already a part of the Rasberry Greene family as Chad performed the first wedding ever held here on the farm, so many months ago.

Brooke shared with us, “I always love shooting at Rasberry Greene, it’s one of my first choices when helping couples, families, and brides decide where they want to take photos. I am never, ever disappointed with it. Thanks Donnie and Lauren for making your dreams a reality, this photographer is so appreciative.”

Please share these photos and help us celebrate this moment, these people and the story that they are just beginning to create together.

“I love Rasberry Greene because when taking photos there I have so many different spots to roam around and the scenery there never gets old. I once had a friend ask me, after I featured a few photos from the property, if I had used backdrops for those photos. I giggled a lot when they asked me that and was extremely proud to say, “Nope, they were taken at Rasberry Greene!” – Brooke Davis

“Donnie and Lauren are THE sweetest, most wonderful hosts every time I want to come out and shoot at the Gin at Rasberry Greene (even if it’s last minute). Jones County is so blessed to have this place, but even more blessed to have those two in charge. They are special!” – Brooke Davis

The Rasberry Greene property is open to local photographers and couples throughout the week for photo sessions, styled sessions and elopements/intimate weddings. There is no cost to use the property and outdoor areas of the Gin for less than 10 people. Email hello@rasberrygreene.com or call (769) 208-3802 to reserve your time slot.
